## SHIPPING POLICY

### Processing Time
All custom embroidered items are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before shipping. During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school), processing may take up to 14 business days.

### Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS within the United States. Shipping times vary by location:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after production
- Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days after production
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after production

### Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

### Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

### International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available upon request - please contact us for a custom quote.

### Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
