Refund policy
### Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products, **all custom embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged**. Please double-check spelling, font selection, and color choices before placing your order.
### Non-Custom Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition with tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
### Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no charge or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
### Order Errors
If we make an error with your order (wrong item, incorrect personalization, production defect), we will remake your item at no charge or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the error.
### Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of our work.
### How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at johnoliverdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and process your refund once the item is received.
