Before you order
How does personalization work?
Pick any item, choose your embroidery package, select your font or monogram style, pick your thread colors, and type in the name or text. We handle the rest. For Custom packages, we will reach out after you order to nail down the details.
How long does it take?
It depends on the piece. Our staples and Instagram drops — items already on the site — are usually ready in about a week or less once we confirm your personalization. Custom orders and brand-new designs take longer, usually about 2–3 weeks, since we are making something from scratch. Need it sooner? Ask — faster turnarounds may be available.
Can you do custom designs — not just names?
Yes. Our Custom embroidery package includes full custom design work. After you order, someone from our team will reach out to talk through your vision. If you have a super specific idea, email us first at johnoliverdesigns@gmail.com and we can tell you if it is doable.
What is the difference between Standard, Premium, and Custom?
Standard is one thread color — great for names, initials, simple phrases. Premium gives you up to 4 colors. Custom is 5+ colors with the option to work directly with our design team on something one-of-a-kind.
How do I place a custom or large order?
Head to our Custom Orders page and fill out the form — or email johnoliverdesigns@gmail.com. We typically respond within one business day.
After you order
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship anywhere in the U.S. Shipping is a flat $10 — or $20 if your order ships outside Texas and is under $200 (orders $200 or more ship for $10 anywhere). We also offer free local San Antonio pickup and delivery — just mention it when you order.
How do I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Check your inbox (and spam, just in case).
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Because every piece is made to order just for you, personalized items are final sale. That said — if we made a mistake (wrong name, wrong color, anything on our end), we will fix it or remake it at no charge. Email us within 7 days of delivery.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email us a photo at johnoliverdesigns@gmail.com right away. We will make it right.

Does every order come gift-wrapped?
Yes — always. Every single order ships beautifully wrapped and ready to give. No extra charge, no add-on needed.
What are your gift bundle options?
Our curated gift bundles range from $75 to $500 and are assembled with a specific occasion in mind — baby showers, weddings, big birthdays, you name it. Head to the Gift Concierge page or reach out and we will put something together for you.
I need something fast. Can you help?
