How much does a live embroidery event cost?
$500 per event hour with a three-hour minimum, and embroidery is included in that rate. The items being embroidered are priced separately — buy them from our catalog or supply your own blanks. There's no travel fee within 50 miles of San Antonio.
How many items can you embroider in an hour?
Typically 20–30 items per hour, depending on the design. Names and monograms stitch fastest; larger or denser designs take a little longer.
Do you supply the items, or do we?
Either works. Most hosts pick items from our catalog — totes, hats, pouches, baby staples — and we bring them ready to stitch. You can also supply your own blanks and pay only the hourly rate.
