The fine print (it is actually pretty simple)

We want you to feel good about every order. Here is how everything works.

Shipping

  • We ship anywhere in the U.S. — clear rates, no surprises at checkout.
  • Flat $10 shipping — or $20 if your order ships outside Texas and is under $200 (orders $200 or more ship for $10 anywhere).
  • Orders ship within your turnaround window — see the turnaround section below for timing.
  • Local San Antonio pickup and delivery are available. Just mention it at checkout or shoot us an email.
  • Need a tracking number? We will send it your way as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns and exchanges

  • Because every piece is made to order and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
  • If we made a mistake — wrong name, wrong color, wrong stitch — we will fix it or remake it at no charge. Just email us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Non-personalized items (if any) may be returned in original, unwashed condition within 14 days of delivery.

Turnaround time

  • Staples & Instagram drops: usually about a week or less after we confirm your personalization.
  • Custom orders & new designs: about 2–3 weeks, since we are creating something new.
  • Faster turnarounds may be available upon request — reach out before ordering or mention it in Special Instructions at checkout.
  • Turnaround starts after we confirm your personalization details with you — not the moment you click buy. We want to get it right before we get started.
